Massimo Picecchi started from his family tradition in creating his gastronomic wonderland.
Later contacts with collegues from other regions and assistance of his children has brought about some variation allowing him to reach a new balance between tradition and innovation.

Hand Made Pasta with flour and water without eggs.  Sauce of tomato and Goose .It's a very tipical umbrian dish
